Sync users from Identity Provider

The figure below demonstrates how to implement the creation of users from the Identity Provider.

Remark: Notice that we assume the user doesn't exist yet. If you work in a administration with existing users, you should check if the user exists first. The check for existing user could be done for example based on the email address.
