Integrate the signup page

Users can only sign up for a planned course and not for a course template. If you decide to use the Eduframe signup page, you can either direct to the general course page. The user then selects the specific edition on the signup page. However, it's also possible to let the user select the specific edition on your website. When redirecting to the Eduframe course field you need to pass the id of the edition as a query parameter. When you allow the user to select an edition on your website make sure that you check for availability.
