Teacher synchronization

A new option has been added to control the synchronization of teacher data from Eduframe to your WordPress website:

Include teachers in sync

  • This checkbox allows you to choose whether to include or exclude teachers during the synchronization process.
  • By default, this option is disabled (unchecked).
  • When enabled, teacher information will be synchronized along with other course data.
  • When disabled, teacher data will be excluded from the sync, even if it exists in Eduframe.

To manage this setting:

  1. Navigate to the Eduframe plugin settings in your WordPress admin panel.
  2. Locate the "General" -> "Educator" section.
  3. Find the "Sync teachers" checkbox.
  4. Check the box to include teachers in the sync, or leave it unchecked to exclude them.
  5. Save your changes.

Meeting synchronization

A similar option exists for meetings which allows you to control the synchronization of meeting data from Eduframe to your WordPress website:

Include meetings in sync

  • This checkbox allows you to choose whether to include or exclude meetings during the synchronization process.
  • By default, this option is disabled (unchecked).
  • When enabled, meeting information will be synchronized along with other course data.
  • When disabled, meeting data will be excluded from the sync, even if it exists in Eduframe.

If you change any of these settings, you may need to run a full sync to ensure your WordPress site reflects the current state of data in Eduframe or to remove all disabled data from the plugin.
